Download a game client specified as the server's prefix e.g. Counter Cstrike Source for "CS:S" and rather click "Join" button on the main doompact.net page to connect directly via steam URI or use a command: connect 148.251.50.70:27015 where 27015 is a server-specific port which differs for games/modes.
You can protest a ban by creating an unban request via ticket at doompact.net > Support > Ban protest.
It is mandatory to specify the following information:
- your steamId
- ingame nickname
- date/time you were banned
- Clarification about why you should be unbanned
You can contact staff using the following options:
- Click "Discord" on the website's navigation bar on top
- Send an email to sowhat8ch@gmail.com
You can do so using the Ban Submission form at doompact.net > Support > Ban submission
It is required to attach valid proofs:
- For cases with blocking/gameplay violation or voice spam/insults - video / demo
- For cases with insults in chat - screenshots
Reports must also include:
- Timestamp. Preferably, EST. (you can check with https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/)
- Map name
- Description, if that's not obvious/could me missed by a reviewer
